I have over 35 years of varied business experience. With a B.A. from the University fo Toronto, and a graduate diploma in Education, I have been a Teacher, a Professional in the Publishing industry, Corporate Sales Specialist in the cellular industry, a registered Real Estate Salesperson, and currently, Broker with one of Canada's top Century 21 offices.

I became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1989, and went into real estate full time in 1990, just when the market "crashed".  By 1991, the prices of real estate in Toronto had fallen by 40% from the 1988 peak.  What a challenging time to be a real estate agent in Toronto! I had to either swim or sink--I started specializing in "power of sale" properties all over the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

I have since won awards in every level of sales, including Salesperson of the Year, Heritage Diamond Award, and the coveted Century 21 Centurion Award (which places me among the top 15% of the Century 21 agents WORLDWIDE).  I have continued a high level of performance as a member of the Century 21 Masters Club, as well as the Centurion Honour Society and member of the Century 21 Masters HALL OF FAME.

I served on the Toronto Real Estate Board's Ethics Committee, and feel very strongly about the level of professionalism and ethics of my industry.  These many years of both personal and business involvement have helped hone the communication and negotiating skills that I use today to help my buyers and sellers alike!

My business is based on a very stong past client and referral system of 90%.  While 70% of buyers/sellers choose a different real estate agent to work with the second time around, my clients return to work with me over and over again, and feel comfortable referring family and friends.  TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) statistics indicate that 54% of listings expire, whereas my ratio is 99% of my listings sell, and instead of the TREB average of 96% sale price/ listing price ratio, my clients generally sell for 98% of the asking price.  This relates to a $$$ advantage and very satisfied clients.
